Kaleo Project: Finding Certainty in God’s Calling

The Kaleo Project responds to an urgent crisis: Reformed and Presbyterian churches face a critical shortage of pastors, with more ministers retiring than entering ministry.

This five-year initiative addresses the pastoral shortage by helping young adults discern their calling and equipping churches to identify future ministers. Kaleo is Greek for "I call" and reflects our Reformed understanding that God sovereignly calls, the church confirms, and individuals respond.
